Site Specific carried out this new construction of a federal style carriage house on Providence’s East Side. A custom white oak truss was built in Site Specific’s in-house woodshop. Some of the finest materials available were used on this project including a “Freedom Gray” standing-seam copper roof, cork flooring, radiant flooring throughout, and a new snow-melt system for the exposed aggregate concrete and brick inlay driveway.
