Site Specific provided design build services for owner Jose Ruiz and his family’s second restaurant location. The 7,500 SF project included a full custom bar and pergola, mural wall, colored concrete overlay flooring, all new kitchen, lower level prep kitchen and all equipment, furnishings, and MEP engineering.
