Farmstead and La Laiterie
Site Specific provided design build services for James Beard-nominated chef Matt Jennings and his Farmstead cheese and charcuterie shop and La Laiterie restaurant. The project included a new layout for dining, additional kitchen footprint, new bathrooms, and new MEP systems as well as a colored concrete overlay floor, custom furniture, a charcuterie display-work area, and a cheese cave.
