St. Mary Academy - Bay View STEM Lab Classroom
Located on the 3rd floor of Mercy Hall on the Bay View Campus, the newly renovated STEM labs have created a modern, technology focused learning environment for the school’s students. Renovations to the core of the 3rd floor classrooms feature new computer and STEM lab classrooms, a physics lab and adjoining physics lecture space that surround a tiered chemistry lecture hall and 10-bench chemistry lab washed in natural light from the renovated skylights above. Site Specific led this design build project in parallel with life safety upgrades throughout Mercy Hall in partnership with Ed Wojcik Architect. This was a challenging occupied renovation project during the height of the COVID Pandemic that has delivered a world-class space for future students.
