Site Specific was hired to fully gut this 165,000 SF office building, transform the lobby, and build out several floors for various tenants. The project scope included evaluation of the building’s MEP systems for re-use and reconfiguration for new office spaces throughout the building. The work was successfully performed while the building was occupied, requiring numerous logistical sequences to maintain vertical access to upper floors, life safety requirements, and programmatic support to the tenants.
