Edgewood Yacht Club

The Edgewood Yacht Club sits over the Providence River on pilings. With 3,630 SF of occupied space on the first and second floors, and 6,525 SF of dock level and decking space, this new building houses the Edgewood Yacht Club on the first level and Brown University’s Sailing Team on the second level. Challenges included constructability of building over the water and an extensive permitting effort.
