Renovations included the full interior demolition of a second story office building in a dense urban environment. Building re-structuring was required to accommodate new stairs, a new roof deck and key architectural components. Interior MEP systems were reconfigured to accommodate the new layouts and modular furniture systems. Exterior work included new windows and a full re-roof of the building.
