AAA Northeast Royal Drive Call Center
This project includes the renovation of a 15,000 sf call center next to their main office in Providence. Site Specific built a new entrance area with added windows to let in more natural light. A large partition was built to help divide the space into team areas. A collaboration space, refreshment station, lunchroom, conference rooms, and training room were constructed for the use of the call center employees.
