Westminster Lofts

Site Specific worked closely with a developer, and the architect, Union Studio, for an extended pre-construction period to achieve a workable plan for this multi-unit mixed-use group of four buildings in downtown Providence. The 105,000-square-foot project includes three restored 19th-century buildings and one 4-story new addition. There are 52 apartments on the upper floors with original hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, large windows, and stunning views of the city. The ground level features retail and commercial space.
